We’re here to help you review materials, fit, and finishing details before you order. Please read each listing and the information below, and contact us with any questions before choosing your piece.

All sales are final

Except for eligible cancellations described below, all sales at Ray + Mae Collective are final, including ready-to-ship items, custom items, and preorders. We do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, a sizing preference, or an item no longer being wanted. Please review product details and available sizing information before ordering, and email us with any questions.

Order cancellations

You may cancel an order for a change of mind within 24 hours of placing it, provided work on your order has not started when we receive your request. Email raymaecollective@gmail.com within that window and include your order number. Eligible cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

After 24 hours, or once work on your order has started, change-of-mind cancellations are not accepted. This cancellation rule does not limit any rights you have under applicable law, including remedies for shipping delays or unshipped merchandise.

Problems with your order

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or you have another issue with your order, contact raymaecollective@gmail.com as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos when relevant. We will review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Our final-sale policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable law, including rights relating to defective, incorrect, or unshipped goods.

Approved exceptions

Please contact us before sending anything back. Any exception must be arranged with us first, and we will provide return instructions if a return is approved. Customers pay return shipping for voluntary exceptions unless we agree otherwise. Return shipping arrangements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be addressed with the resolution and in accordance with applicable law.

Any approved refund or other remedy will be confirmed by email and processed in accordance with applicable law.
