Quality is the starting point: fabric, proportions, and finishing details guide our collection of women’s, children’s, and baby clothing. Our current mock necks are 100% cotton French terry with flat fabric appliqué. Materials and construction are detailed with each piece. Blankets will join the collection soon.

Our collection includes handmade children’s pieces alongside women’s clothing. Handmade construction is identified on individual product listings and does not apply to every piece. Please review each listing for its specific materials and details.

Ready-to-ship items ship within 2–3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Custom items ship within 2 weeks of ordering. Preorder timing varies by item, and the estimated shipping date or window is stated on each product listing before purchase. Please contact us before ordering if you need an item by a particular date.

You may cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, provided work on your order has not started when we receive your request. Email raymaecollective@gmail.com with your order number. Eligible cancellations receive a full refund to the original payment method. See our Return and refund policy for details and applicable consumer rights.

Except for eligible cancellations and remedies required by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing preferences or a change of mind. If an item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us promptly with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and work with you on an appropriate resolution.

Where local pickup is offered, pickup details will be arranged directly with you. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready and for pickup instructions before arriving.

We ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington, DC, is $8, or free on qualifying merchandise subtotals of $100 or more after discounts and before tax and shipping. Alaska and Hawaii pay carrier-calculated shipping at checkout and are excluded from the flat-rate and free-shipping offers. See our Shipping policy for details.

Customers pay return shipping for voluntary exceptions unless we agree otherwise; arrangements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items are addressed with the resolution and in accordance with applicable law.

Limited releases are first come, first served. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it; availability is not guaranteed until checkout is successfully completed.
